Dear Colleague,

I hope that you had the opportunity to have a look on the draft motion for a resolution on Tibet I have submitted to you during our last session in Strasbourg.

As far as I know, at the moment, the EPP, the Greens, the UEN, the EDD and the TDI will depose the same text. The Socialists will probably present a text but a different one.

As I told you, I spoke also about that initiative to your group colleague, Baroness Nicholson, the vice-president of the foreign Affairs Committee.

Hoping very much that the ELDR can, as it always did in the past, support this initiative in favour of Tibet,
