Having just read your argument on the TRP website re accrediting Mr Igidov to the CHR, I think you might consider stressing somewhat more vigorously the view that by providing access to political or human rights forums to political representatives of peoples seeking self-determination, or opposing discrimination, NGOs can help reduce these groups' reliance on armed struggle.
In other words, by opening up international political space to such groups, NGOs can make a POSITIVE contribution to peace and the political resolution of conflicts and thereby to realisation of the principles of the UN Charter.
