Dear Minister, dear Tempala,

thanks for your last message. And thanks again for the support you gave to the Transnational Radical Party. We have published the names and signatures of the personalities who have decided to support the party on July 27 in Le Monde, Herald Tribune, El Pais and Corriere della Sera. We are receiving other messages of support.

The ECOSOC have decided to postpone the decision about the TRP and to give us an other opportunity to present our arguments in a next UN NOG Committee (in september). The fight is going on.

About the question of the Agip project, I have deposed today a written question to the European Commission. I will let you know as soon as I will have an answer from Commissioner Patten.

About this idea to connect the question of negoziations on a real statut of autonomy for Tibet to be concluded within three year in a satisfactory way and the recognition of the tibetan government in exile, what do you think we could do more ?
