Any "alien" (outsider / foreigner) could be arrested in Europe - and if he or she has neither financial, political or media "clout" is at the mercy of

state or business "accusations" (especially Baden-Württemberg or Bavaia). Human rights conventions are not "ratified" locally and the judiciary and

prosecution collaborate (most "defence" lawyers are ineffective). A manipulated "complaints" system will ensure any "appeal" will take longer than the

sentence which encourages the accused to admit guilt and (Catch 22?) statistics indicate this region to have very few complaints actually "completed".

The "victim" never wants to return to this area. Therefore "Kangaroo Court" / Witch-Trials prevail (= if you drown you are not guilty, but dead - if

you dont drown you are guilty and get hanged) = "Reformed Germoney"???
