Many thanks for your letter date September 18, 2000 regarding the question of the Consultative Status of the Transnational Radical Party at the United Nations about which a meeting of NGO Committee will take place on the 27th of September.

I have sent a message to India's Permanent Representative in New York, Ambassador Kamalesh Sharma, pointing out that the Transnational Radical Party has made out an excellent case and that the party deserves support. I have sent him a copy of your comprehensive response.
