In the US we are perhaps prohibited by recently enacted law from

even seeking certain information. Information on the making of

methamphetamines is an example. A more radical view might favor the

broad distribution of such information so that criminal and violent

groups could not develop profitmaking monopolies based on the

restriction of this information. Can you refer us to a link or site or

other means by which such information could be obtained and perhaps

distributed by more secure means such as by paper flyers and other

anonymous ways. Surely the Netherlands or some similarly oriented

country might have web sites where such info is freely available?
