The Transnational Radical Party and "No Peace Without Justice" have exhibited their friendship to Bosnia and Herzegovina and support for bringing war criminals to justice since the beginning for the war against Bosnia and Herzegovina. They are a very active NGO that has certainly exhibited its fairness, even friendship, to the Muslims of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Now, they would request a brief audience with you. Mr. Niko Figa-Talamanca will call your office for an appointment, and we would strongly support this opportunity for dialogue. Mr. Figa-Talamanca personally has been very involved with issues ranging from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo to working for the ICTY.
