I'm currently writing my Master Thesis on Sir Karl Popper's theory of democracy. I found in your site of the internet, one text by him, but with no references on where it was first published, in what language, on what date or under what title. The title is "Majority System: A Government for Democracy". Since this text has valuable information on Sir Karl Popper's view concerning electoral systems - one of the main topics of my work - I would like to ask you if you could so kindly give me some information about it. Can it be that he text is the english translation of the one published in 1987 in Der Spiegel under the title "Zur Theorie der Demokratie"?
