It was so nice to hear from you after a long period. Moreover it is so

great to learn that your party is planning some Tibet movement initiatives

in Russia. We always welcome your initiatives. Ofcourse,Mr.Ngawang Gelek

has recently left for India and will be back after a month but,I on behalf

of him is ready to meet with you and discuss the matter any time that is

Dear Mr. Ngawang,

It was for a long time that we didn't contact in person here in

Moscow. As you know, recently in December there was the 3rd

European seminar on Tibet which has taken some important

decisions, in particular - to achieve passing by different

parliaments the resolutions similar to the EP resolution of last

July; the Flag for Tibet campaign addressed to mayors and

citizens worldwide. Of course we are now planning some

initiatives in that direction also in Russia.

I think it could be very important if we would meet to discuss

what is possible to make together in Russia.

meeting?
