The first edition of this publication was written in Italian and has been sent to parliamentary representatives of Europe and members of legislative assemblies, both regional and federal, in the following states: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Eire, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Greece, Iceland, the Isle of Man, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, United Kingdom, Republic of San Marino, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Hungary, USSR, the Vatican and Yugoslavia.

The contents have been translated into ten languages: Polish, Hungarian, German, Romanian, Spanish, Serbo-Croatian, English, French, Czechoslovakian and Russian.

This was not a policy decision. It has not been technically possible to translate it, for the moment, into all the languages of the 35 countries where it is to be sent.

This is part of the Radical Party project; to translate the contents, to the highest quality, into more than twenty languages, although at present it originates only in Italian.

We are looking for translators of all languages, for which we would like to publish this journal. We apologise if you have not received this publication in your preferred language.
