The Chamber,

acknowledging that the Yugoslav Federal Republic no longer has any constitutional, juridical and political existence

acknowledging that the "federal" army carrying out the coup is explicitly pursuing the plan of modifying the borders of the Republic of Croatia to the advantage of the Serbian Republic;

binds the government

- to withdraw its ambassador in Belgrade;

- to act in all ways to obtain the elimination the cancellation

of ex Yugoslavia's seat at the United Nations;

against Serbia until the army withdraws from the territories

occupied by the other Republics of ex Yugoslavia;

- to ensure economic, institutional and political support to

the Republics of ex Yugoslavia which have democratically and
