Politics of love Love for politics

Jean-Pierre ROCHE

Politcs is the organizations of the city.

Liberal politics is the liberal organization of the city

The Radical Party, a liberal party, adopts democratic structures, federalsand strictly decentralized in international, nationals and local sections. The party directly adoptes transnatioals structures in their monothematical organizations . Besides, the party adoptes eesperanto as one of the several comunication languages, proposing it as an international language.

The purpose of the party is the management of the city and the liberal organization of the power. The Party participate in elections and it is in competition with the national parties. The Party is a powerful machine whose objective is to win elections

basing this victory over a transnational logistics and logic to apply to local realities.

The Party's purposes at international level the mixed electoral system as the german one, this system assures the constitutions of stable majorities and the right representatives of minorities.

This mixed system allowes alternating policies, majority system with a proportional correction.

The Radical Party, a liberal party, denounces the Italian style proportionalistic partytocracy and the anglo-saxon majority poll. The first impedes the importance of stable majorities and makes a country ingovernable, the second does away with the representation of minorities. The crisis in Italy mustn't drift into a type of the anglo-saxon kind. Also the anglo-saxon world, is in a grave crisis and has a heavy responsabilty in the world scene and in the injustice of the international system.

From the point of view of a mixed electoral system, the party fights to get public financing for political parties and this implies the transparence and the limitation of resources and the expenses of these parties.

Two thirds of the world population live in misery, 40,000 children die every day from malnutrition, 15% of the popula tion owns 80% of the riches. The world is a time bomb and the ecological equilibrium is menaced: misery grows while abbundance becomes possible

Let's imagine a society able to reorganise the world, let's change our concepts about life. Let's make a cultural, political, economic and social revolution. A humanist, ecological, federalist and liberal revolution.

Let's imagine politics of love, of liberty, of equality, of possibility,of respect and tolerance, of brotherhood and sure spolidarity.

We are the party of esistential revolution, of emancipation, with an emphasis on what you are rather than what you have or seem, the party of civil and secular spirituality, the party of existance conceived as a work of art.

The party proposes a non materilistic society, with an equal division of work and spare time, with an equal share of the yeald, of the resources and of the material and spiritual riches. The party propses a market policy based on distribution and on sharing and on ecology. The key points are humanism and ecology for the recomposition of the international political class, the establishments of north south reports, of east west federalism, of trans nationalism.

In the scene of technological and robotic revolution the liberal party proposes a dis tributive economy which allows the reduction of paid work. To obtain these advantages, let's imagine other means to obtain the wage. Let's make it a right for life which is a right to the power of aquisition; This can no longer be a function of the single job because of the high productivity of machines and the lower productivity of human beings.

In a distributive economy, the social yeald allows everyone a minimal level of economic independence to which is joined athe work yeald. The individual would become considered especially for his creative capacity and not as a simple work force.

The Radical Party, a liberal party, is developing a revolutionary concept in its objectives to transform society, reformist in its politics and experience, in its means, and a relativist conception in its way of thinking. Not related to any dogma, it refuses extreemist positions which suffocates reflection.

Its non violence isn't a Ghandian dogma developped up to the extreme refusal of legitamate defense. Its non violence is a way of political expression democratically. We condemn the violence of aggression, but we can't give lessons the people who fight dictators. The party is working for the campaign for the abolition of the death penalty before the year 2000.

The non-prohibition of the liberal party isn't the dogmatic antiprohibitionalism

which wants the free sale of drugs on the market. The party adopts a non-prohibitionalistic position like that of the Netherlands based on the legalisation of in particularsoft drugs, the tolerance of this , controlled by state monopolies and public health sevices for hard drugs and the prohibition of haevy incontrollable drugs like crack.

The federalism of the liberal party in its central campaign for the United States of Europe don't cross over the rigid refusal of the Maastricht agreement which would mix our voices with the worst nationalists. The Party has a double will to ratify Maastricht overcoming and modifying these agreements towards a cultural, social, political and federal Europe.

The Radical Party, a liberal party, fifghts for every value, liberty, ethic, esthetic and erotic , for every sexual freedom and every liberation of the being and its desires. Launches a transnational campaign against puritanism, the spread of AIDS and for the use, advertising and free sale of condoms.

The time has arrived for all freedoms, the freedom of thought must use its power.

We want a liberal power based on politics of love giving the people a taste for and desire for politics, love of politics.

Jean-Pierre ROCHE
