XXXVI CONGRESS OF THE TRANSNATIONAL RADICAL PARTY
Special motion (article 8 of the regulation)

The Congress,
Has recognized the consolidation of the transnational policy as priority and thereby consequently the relative structure;
Has taken into account the objective difficulties and of the extremely elevated costs for the organizing of meetings between people from different nationalities;
Has considered that the economic-financial situation of the party makes it difficult to gather the means by which to ensure frequent meetings, on all levels;
Has recognized that the growth of the process of spreading due to the transnational policy demands, however frequent and intensive meetings in order to coordinate the activities and to decide thereupon;
ENCHARGES
the competent operative organs of the Transnational Radical Party to find the technical, economic and organizational instruments with which to create a study group which, in consistence with the contents of the attached document (available only in Italian), will conduct a feasibility study for a telematic structure, based on the principle of Agorà, which could assume a decisive character.
DECIDES
to insert in the works calendar of the next congress space to discuss at the general assembly the results of the feasibility study and to assume the consequent decisions.
