SPECIAL MOTION ON FEDERALISM AND NEW INSTITUTIONS

The Radical Party, on the subject of confirming federalism,
Will commit itself to promote internally and to national, international and supranational organizations the establishment of Study Commissions in order to define new and more efficient systems for democratic representation of citizens and therefore of government of the various local, national, international and supranational entities.
The gathering of necessary funds for the individual initiatives is the responsibility of the organizations that collect the appeal.
The Radical Party will ensure that the initiatives will obtain maximum publicity.
The Radical Party forees a vast and democratic collection of facts on these subjects, utilizing information technologies.
The Commission results will be collected to the end of giving general indications as to the opinions expressed, possibly before the end of 1993, with the aim of offering instruments for the homogenization of Institutional Right and the mechanisms of representation and government.
The final document will be published and distributed to the various institutional subjects.
