ABSTRACT: The article contains an account of the meetings of the radical members living in Rumanian, held in Poiana-Brasov in June 1992.

The meeting of the members of the Radical Party living in Rumania was held on 27 and 28 June in Poiana-Brasov. The aim of the meeting was to create a EURAS non-profit association in our country in order to concentrate all efforts for the integration of Rumania into the new European construction. On the same occasion, a declaration-appeal was adopted, which refers to the situation in the Republic of Moldavia. The document asks the governments of Russia, Ukraine, Rumania and the Republic of Moldavia to take a clear commitment to find political solutions leading to the elimination of the conflicts in the region, the responsible commitment of the U.N. Security Council and of the CSCE in solving the conflict peacefully, and to the direction of the Russian Federation to provide to the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of the 24th echelon of the Army.
