ABSTRACT: The article contains the text of the motion on Transdniestr voted by the assembly of Rumanian members and sympathizers of the Radical Party in Poiana Brasov.

The meeting of the Rumanian members of the Radical Party was held in Poiana Brasov on 27 and 28 June. The aim of the meeting, Vasile Diacon, members of the above mentioned party says, was establishing on our country the non-profit association "EURAS", which is to gather all efforts for the integration of Rumani in the new European construction. On the same occasion a declaration-appeal referring to the situation in the Republic of Moldavia was also signed.

Statement-appeal

Faithful to the spirit of non-violence, of defense of the law, the participants of the meeting of Rumanian members of the Radical party, who met on 27 and 28 June 1992, acknowledge:

- the evolution of the events in the eastern regions of the republic of Moldavia;

- the illegal, unlawful and violent intervention of the 14th army in this republic with the violation of the acts that regulate the presence of the armies in the region;

- the patent violation in this part of the republic of the human rights stated in the international treaties;

Ask:

- the governments of Russia, Ukraine, Rumania and the Republic of Moldavia, to find political solutions leading to the elimination of the state of conflict in the region:

- the direction of the Russian Federation to prepare the immediate and unconditional withdrawal from the territory of the Republic of Moldavia of the 14th Army;

- guarantee the respect of the fundamental rights of all citizens, regardless of their ethnic origin, in the Republic of Moldavia.
