(LETTER TO SUMMON THE SEMINAR OF THE RADICAL PARTY)

In view of a reprise of activities after the summer break, I deem it necessary to summon the Italian leading organs of the radical Party and the Italian members of the General Council to fix a schedule for the initiatives and commitments decided in Sofia.

Equally urgent is an exchange of views on the model of party, already outlined in Sofia, and on the forthcoming and necessary preparation of the 1994 membership campaign.

On these subjects and for these reasons, I have called a seminar of the Radical Party in Sabaudia, at the Hotel Oasi di Kufra, starting Wednesday September 1 at 9 p.m., when we shall meet for a common dinner. At 9 p.m. the seminar will begin with a report delivered by myself, followed by the reports of the treasurer, Ottavio Lavaggi, the President, Marco Pannella, and the president of the General Council, Olivier Dupuis. Thursday and Friday will be devoted to a general debate. The seminar will close on Saturday at 1 p.m.

Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the participants and observers, unless otherwise requested. The rates of the Hotel Oasi di Kufra are the following: Lit. 100.000 per person in a double room; Lit. 115.000 per person in a single room. Rates include full board.
