ABSTRACT: List of personalities that were part of the radical delegation received in New York by Boutros-Ghali on the question of the ad hoc Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.

The delegation of signatories of the international petition for the immediate establishment of the ad hoc Tribunal on crimes committed in the former Yugoslavia that met the U.N. Secretary-General Boutros-Ghali:
