A three-days-long action has been organized in Moscow's Gorbunov Culture Club during the last week-end (April 25, 26 and 27) by ARA and "Private Case" program (channel TV-6 Moscow) in the framework of just launched "Civil Obedience Campaign".
Each evening the concerts of popular rock groups (Time Out, Picnic, Mongol Shuudan, VV and others) were overtured by interventions of Aleksandr Gordon, author of "Private Case" TV program, and Nikolaj Khramov, secretary of ARA, while in the lobby activists of ARA handed to every spectator the pamphlets with text of "Appeal to Russian Conscripts" and application form to declare conscientious objection and request about alternative civilian service.
Entirely, during the action week-end in Gorbunov Culture Club there were distributed about 3,000 of pamphlets, as well as about 150 postcards to the State Duma for the alternative civilian service law and other materials of ARA and Radical Party.
