(Moscow, May 13, 1997) - The criminal suite opened by Moscow City Military Prosecutor's Office on the fact of telephone harassments of short work made on December 15, last year by Vice Military Commissioner of Moscow colonel Vladimir Dobrovoljskij against ARA members, is being continued.
Mr. Ilja Petrov, investigator of Moscow City Military Prosecutor's Office, organized today a formal confrontation between colonel Dobrovoljskij and Sergej Vorontsov, member of ARA secretariat who directly accepted by telephone Dobrovoljskij's threat to "to send men who will set you up on the air".
As it could be expected, colonel Dobrovoljskij during the confrontation fully denied his own threats. He also told several times that "he is an old man and he would like to be retired soon".
