(Moscow, May 14, 1997) - Secretary of the Anti-militarist Radical Association (ARA) Nikolaj Khramov has been invited today to the Moscow Department of the Federal Security Service (FSB) where he had been formally QUESTIONED as a witness on the criminal suite about the explosion taken place on October 9, last year in Ostankinskij district military enlistment office and about finding an explosive equipment in Cheremushki district military enlistment office on February 27, this year. Responsibility for that explosion was taken on itself by an unknown group named "New Revolutionary Alternative".

In this context Nikolaj Khramov made following declaration:

I do not doubt in a high level professionalism of FSB officers investigating the case, and I sincerely wish them success in finding and unmasking the criminals as soon as possible.

However, whoever will be found as criminal, one thing is certain: they are either mentally disabled young men, or provocateurs aimed to smear the whole anti-militarist movement in Russia.
