On Wednesday, May 21 the popular youth TV program "Under 16 and over..." on ORT (1st national channel) has been dedicated to the conscientious objection right and Radical Party's and ARA's struggle for alternative civilian service law, as well as to the support given by ARA (which was named on the screen as "Anti-militarist Association of the Radical Party") to Russian conscientious objectors on the example of Jakovenko's case.

At least 20% of the 30-minutes program represented interview given by secretary of ARA Nikolaj Khramov to Natalja Degteva, author of the program.
