(Murmansk, May 24, 1997) - The local group of the Anti-militarist Radical Association has been constituted during the founding reunion in Murmansk by several members and adherents of ARA living in Murmansk region.

The name of the new group is "Murmansk and Severomorsk". There are statutory bodies elected: Coordinator - Irina LUPANOVA, Treasurer - Natalja SHAJHNUROVA, Executive Board - Aleksej FEDORCHENKO, Olga MUHINA, Aleksej KUZMENKO.

There are currently 10 members in the new group.
