MOSCOW (E-C) 'Express-Chronicle' has already reported on the explosion at the military commissariat of Moscow's north-eastern district, which occurred on 9 October last year. No one was injured, but the commissariat was damaged, and windows were blown out of neighboring buildings. Response is being conducted by the FSB. On 14 May Nikolai Khramov, secretary of the Anti-Militarist Radical Association, was interrogated on the case. In his statement released after the interrogation, Khramov stated that 'whoever the criminal turns out to be, one thing is indisputable: this is [the work of] either psychologically sick young people, or provocateurs, aiming to discredit the entire antimilitarist movement in Russia.'
On 15 May the FSB interrogated Nikolai Sorokin, chairman of the 'Movement against Violence,' who is famous for the assistance he has provided to conscientious objectors.
