MOSCOW. (E-C) The launching of a joint 'Campaign of Civil Disobedience' by the Anti-Militarist Radical Association (ARA) and the television programme 'Chastny Sluchay' (TV-6, Moscow) was announced on 27 May at the Russian-American Information Press Centre. According to the initiators of the campaign, its aim is the rapid adoption of a democratic and non-discriminatory law on alternative civilian service. The law will be supported by ARA, and 'Chastny Sluchay' will distribute information about the rights of conscripts.
