Dear Mr. President,

Please do not let personal matters completely divert your attention from important international issues.

Take the initiative now and be the leader to unite the nuclear weapons nations to disable all nuclear weapons by the year 2000. This is technologically possible.

The will to get it done is the essential element.

As long as we have nuclear weapons of mass destruction, other nations, such as Iraq, will try to follow suit. As a world leader we should set an example of abolition.

Sincerely yours,

[Your name, post address & country]

Let's do what we can to try and keep the President focused on peace.

Please do take a few minutes to copy, paste and mail this message to him.

Best wishes,

Sue & Marvin Clark
