Subject: Antimilitarist in Spain

Hello. We are Radio Bronka, a free radio of Barcelona, Spain. We receive your bouletin with information about conciencious objection in Russia.

There is a program in our radio about antimilitarist made by conciencious objectors.

Spain is the country with the most large number of conciencious objectors in the world. This year, the 74% of young people are objectors and they will not do the military service and, becouse this large quantity of objecors, the majority of them will not do the civil service. The conscription will finish in Spain in 2003.

In our radio, we are for the insumission, we are against the military and the civil service and we are against the existence of armies, so someone from our comrades are still jailed.

In your bouletin, you are for the civil service in Russia. We want know if there is insumission in Russia. Please, can you send us information and topics about the matter?
