CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTION: FIRST COURT SESSION ON THE PROCESS AGAINST DMITRIJ PEREDNJA IN NARO-FOMINSK

Moscow, June 1, 1998. On Friday, June 5, at 10.00, in the City Court of Naro-Fominsk, Moscow region, there will be taking place the first court session of the process on the accusation of Dmitrij Perednja, a conscientious objector and member of Radical Party and ARA, in "evading military service" (art. 328 comma 1 of the Russian Federation Criminal Court).

Sergej Sorokin, member of ARA secretariat, will participate in the process as public defender.
