Thanks for your information,

we support civil service as freely electable alternative to military

service (some even defend: no service).

In Germany civil service has now high reputation; I think in Russia there

is needed a lot of help (for aged and handicapped people, etc.).

Strength of a country is today not measured by the number of tanks (and so

on), but by the value of its currency.

Civil service is adding to the wealth of a country;

Military service may help to defend the wealth

(but the number of soldiers (etc.) should be as small as necessary).

The witnessing man (men) of the Yehovahs ... should get an alternative;

the Yehovas were one of the group who were sent to suffer in the Hitler-

german concentration camps, because they did refuse military service !
