The first issue (No. 1, January 2000) of the new information newsletter of Radicals in Russian language has been published in Moscow, Russia. The name of the newsletter is "Radikalnye Novosti" (Radical News). It consists of 8 black-and-white pages format A4 with photos. It is indicated that the newsletter is being published by the Radical Party, Antimilitarist Radical Association (ARA) and "Club Khramov - Association for Libertarian Reforms" with financial assistance of Matra-KAP program of the Netherland's Embassy in Moscow. The newsletter's editor is Nikolaj Khramov.

The circulation is 1,000 copies. 500 copies are to be sent by mail to Radical members and supporters within Russia, the rest should be distributed during Radical street actions and meetings.

The newsletter would appear each month for a while, then perhaps it will be issued more frequently.
