Transform is a [British] national organisation campaign for reform of drug policy and legislation. We plan to transform policy regarding ALL DRUGS - illegal, Prescription, Over the counter and Licensed retail drugs. We aim to build a mass movement of activists who will engage in activities to campaign for change.

WE BELIEVE THAT

- Poverty and despair are the root of most problematic drug use. It is only by addressing these underlying issues that we can hope to significantly decrease the prevalence of dependent users.

- Huge amounts of money spent fighting the war on drugs could be far better spent on virtually anything else.

- The distinction between 'hard' drugs and 'soft' drug is useless. We must look at the whole range of effects of each drug to decide what attitude and action to take.

YOUR DRUG USE AND LEGALISATION

If you use illicit drugs but do not support legalisation you ought to go and hand yourself in at the nearest police station - you're breaking the law.

If you use only currently illicit drugs but do not support legalisation, you need to question why you shouldn't be busted but illicit drug users should.
