Thanks to those who tried to help. It took a little transposing, but here is a list of the final vote on 215 by county.

This is a handy reference for occasions when officals from counties that voted YES! on 215 go on a Reefer Madness rant. Reefer Maniacs who live in counties that voted no should be reminded that we live in a democracy and the majority has decided.
