I ask you to provide me with information about the number of persons sentenced during the 1997 and first six months of the 1998 on the articles 228 and 234 of Russian Federation Criminal Code (on the crimes connected with illicit circulation of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances), indicating also number of persons sentenced to imprisonment terms, as well as indicating of number of persons accused on the article 228 comma 1 (crimes not related to the sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances).
