State Secretary Istvan Szent-Ivanyi will adress the EU - Hungary Parliamentary Committee on Association and will meet representatives of the European Unione and the European Parliament in Brussel 28-29 November 94. He will also have talks at NATO Headquarters. Mr. Szent-Ivanyi as co-chairman on the Inter-Departmental Committe on Aid Coordination together with State Secretary of Trade and Industry Attila Soos-Karoly will have negotiations with EU experts on this matter.

The Hungarian Foreign Ministry welcomes the decision of the Ukraine regarding its accession to the Non-Proliferation Treaty. A Memorandum about security assurances extended to the Ukraine is planned to be signed by leaders of Russia, the UK and the USA during the CSCE summit in Budapest.
