Next time the new Criminal Code of Kyrgyztan will come in force. On the one hand, it became more humane, on the other, twice thicker. Death penalty will be applied for 10 types of crimes now. Ti will not be applied to women, minors, and men older then 65. Henceforth polygamy is not considered a crime in Kyrgyztan. In return, new points appeared in the new Criminal Code of Republic, such as "euthanasia -- depriving a man of life at his/her request", punishment for organ transplanting; and a concept of "mafia" is included.
