| In una rivista per inglesi che vivono a Roma, dal nome "Wanted in Rome", è uscito un articolo sulla somministrazione controllata dell'eroina ("Drug control on prescription"). Riporto le parti riguardanti Pannella. |
| Dopo aver citato l'opinione di Galli Fonseca, l'articolo prosegue coś: "Not suprisingly, all hell broke lose. This was not Marco Pannella, the leader of the Partito Radicale, who has fought long and hard for the controlled legalisation of drugs and has used headline-grabbing performances, like smoking marijuana in front of the police and handing out joints to passers by. Mr Galli Fonseca is a respectable figure of the establishment, a senior judge, and he was speaking at a very official ceremony. But his reasoning is the same as Mr Pannella's: medically prescribed heroin for addicts is safe and clean (both the drug and the syringe). |
